Jones, Third Brigade Commander said, "the object in the passage of this act (US Militia Act No. 2715) at this time was to prepare a Division of troops for participating in the war (WWI)." 6 December 1917. This last remaining book was contributed by COLONEL AUGUSTO MONDOƑEDO (Ret), PMA Class 1942 and GENERAL RESTIE L. AGUILAR (Ret), PMA Class 1978.
