The Ninth Regiment book is a full roster of Filipino officers and men who trained in February 1918 in support of the United States. As Brigadier General Ralph W. Jones, Third Brigade Commander said, "the object in the passage of this act (US Militia Act No. 2715) at this time was to prepare a Division of troops for participating in the war (WWI)." 6 December 1917. This last remaining book was contributed by COLONEL AUGUSTO MONDOÑEDO (Ret), PMA Class 1942 and GENERAL RESTIE L. AGUILAR (Ret), PMA Class 1978.
